2001 - 2004As Administration Manager, my role was to oversee the operation of this business which when I commenced was showing poor results. The main area I saw as a potential issue, was the calibre and utilisation of staff in certain roles. I set out about fully understanding the skills and capabilities of all staff, ensuring those skills were utilised in the best possible way in the business and recruited new staff as required. The result is we saw an increase in turnover of 15-20% in 2 years, with 25% less staff. This shows how important the staff in any busimess are. Producing all financial repots for monthly reporting as well attending quarterly board meetings in France and Singapore, allowed me to further use my accounting and organisation skills in this role.
